If this all pans out something really, really stinks at the FBI and we've got bigger problems than the public ever thought...

Quote:
Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., chairman of the Senate Homeland Security Committee, sent a letter to the FBI on Thursday that shows the multiple edits to Comey’s highly scrutinized statement.
According to Johnson, Comey emailed a draft statement to top FBI officials clearing Clinton of criminal wrongdoing in May of 2016 -- two months before the FBI completed two dozen interviews, including with Clinton herself.

“I’ve been trying to imagine what it would look like if I decided to do an FBI only press event to close out our work and hand the matter to the DOJ,” Comey wrote at the top of the draft. “To help shape out discussions of whether that, or something different, makes sense, I have spent some time crafting what I would say, which follows. In my imagination, I don’t see me taking any questions. Here is what it might look like.”

Comey edits revealed: Remarks on Clinton probe were watered down, documents show | Fox News
Not this public! It’s been clearly obvious that dc is really ***** up for quite some time. The last few years were really shocking. Weaponized irs, fbi, immunity handed out like candy, Doj going after rodeo clowns and parade floats etc. etc. etc. etc.
Don’t hold your breath. Is sessions even alive? Do they have pictures of him ******* chickens or children?

Andrew McCabe seems to be one of the biggest liars/slugs/crooks in the swamp:

In March 2015, Andrew McCabe's wife Jill McCabe announced her campaign for a Virginia State Senate seat.[17] Her campaign received donations amounting to more than $675,000 from former Democratic National Committee chairman Terry McAuliffe's political organization and from the Democratic Party of Virginia.[18][13][19] In July 2015, the FBI initiated its investigation into Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server. At that time, Andrew McCabe was running the FBI’s Washington, D.C., field office, which provided personnel and resources to the Clinton email probe.[18] Because of this, Republicans have criticized McCabe for not recusing himself from investigations regarding the Hillary Clinton email controversy.[20]

In 2016, the FBI released a statement about her candidacy, saying that Andrew McCabe "played no role, attended no events, and did not participate in fundraising or support of any kind. Months after the completion of her campaign, then-Associate Deputy Director McCabe was promoted to Deputy, where, in that position, he assumed for the first time, an oversight role in the investigation into Secretary Clinton’s emails."[18] Trump referred to this controversy during his campaign at rallies held in Florida, where he said, "The man who was in charge of the investigation of Hillary Clinton accepted essentially from Hillary Clinton $675,000 that went to his wife."[17][21] Some

But now, at least according to a new report from Circa, McCabe may have other conflicts, including a personal vendetta against former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn, that have not yet been disclosed. According to Circa, Flynn apparently enraged McCabe a few years back after he intervened on behalf of an FBI Special Agent, Robyn Gritz, who had accused McCabe and other top FBI officials of sexual discrimination.

The FBI launched a criminal probe against former Trump National Security Adviser Michael Flynn two years after the retired Army general roiled the bureau’s leadership by intervening on behalf of a decorated counterterrorism agent who accused now-Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe and other top officials of sexual discrimination, according to documents and interviews.

Flynn’s intervention on behalf of Supervisory Special Agent Robyn Gritz was highly unusual, and included a letter in 2014 on his official Pentagon stationary, a public interview in 2015 supporting Gritz’s case and an offer to testify on her behalf. His offer put him as a hostile witness in a case against McCabe, who was soaring through the bureau’s leadership ranks.

The FBI sought to block Flynn’s support for the agent, asking a federal administrative law judge in May 2014 to keep Flynn and others from becoming a witness in her Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) case, memos obtained by Circa show. Two years later, the FBI opened its inquiry of Flynn.
