I suspect Democrats know the Russian fairy tale is dead. They haven't been able to trip Trump up on a process crime or obstruction of justice so it looks like Mueller’s last trick is to push Trump to fire him, guaranteeing more faux hysteria from the left and excited condemnations from the MSM.
"If you’ve been on Twitter since Friday, you know that the big thing in lefty circles this weekend is speculation that the firing of special counsel Robert Mueller by President Donald Trump was imminent.
I suspect Democrats know the Russian fairy tale is dead. They haven't been able to trip Trump up on a process crime or obstruction of justice so it looks like Mueller’s last trick is to push Trump to fire him, guaranteeing more faux hysteria from the left and excited condemnations from the MSM.
Gee, I thought I saw a Congressional hearing last week where GOP representatives were trying to grill Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and he had to let them know that there is no reason for him to fire Muller at this time. Also, the right wing media are the ones who turned up the heat in the last week, whipping people into a frenzy with stories of how Muller and the FBI is corrupt.
I'll admit this is a relief to hear, but if there's one thing we all know Trump is incredibly impulsive and can turn on a dime. He's not a man of his word.
However, as I said, I'll take temporary solace in this.
Yeah, Muller's investigation will also find nothing.
Except 4 indictments so far with 2 guilty pleas, one from the former National Security Adviser where he admitted that he lied to the FBI (which everyone knows is a serious crime) about his conversations with the Russian Ambassador about sanctions on Russia - in case you wanted to say "yeah, but nothing involving Russia" on those indictments/guilty pleas.

There is no corruption, nothing has been exposed. You have no proof beyond the bare claim itself. The people will not be fooled by your attempts at spreading right wing propaganda.

And as far a Russia goes, the case is still there and still building. Heads will role.

You're lost. Comey wasn't even going to charge Flynn for his "lies" since he didn't think he actually lied, he thought it was misleading not a lie. Anyway, Flynn didn't do anything illegal to begin with and 2 of those people indicted were from before they worked with Trump and working with the Dems and Podesta brothers in the Ukraine UNDER THE NOSES of Mueller, Comey, Holder, Lynch, etc. A Special Counsel wasn't even needed to uncover any of this stuff so far, especially if Mueller, Comey, Holder and Lynch were doing their jobs at the time most of this was going on. These are all garden variety things that the DA's office should have taken care of.
