So what's your point again? This looks like a Democrat problem assuming that Blacks still block vote for the Democrat party whose policies have completely failed them.

Who would of thought. Whites have higher totals because they make up a much higher percentage of the total population thus they should be affected more. This isn't rocket science.
Furthermore since blacks have much higher rate of participation as percentage of their own population it will be much higher than whites.
You can spin this either way depending on who your audience is. As long as they are not proficient in math you are set.
With that said are you suggesting Trump form policies to benefit whites? Some of the posts here trying to discredit Trump are absolutely amazing.
