An Irish Catholic, paleo-conservative, anti-immigrant, Euro-centric American nationalist who rejects job-offshoring, globalization, American intervention overseas, and (((neo-conservatism))).
Often accused of anti-Semitism and racism, including by the "dean" of American "conservatives" (read (((neo-conservatives)))), William F. Buckley.
Famous for calling the U.S. Congress an "amen corner for the Israeli Knesset" (a charge that had been made in the past by Senators Fullbright and Hollings.) This caused Buckley to devote an entire issue of "National Review" to Buchanan's "anti-Semitism."
Served in Nixon's White House as a speech writer.
Co-hosted the political debate television series "Cross-fire" with liberal (((Michael Kinsley))).
Edited "The American Conservative" magazine.
Arch-enemy of such Jewish neo-con think tanks, publications, and media outlets as "National Review", "The Weekly Standard", "Commentary," the American Enterprise Institute, the Cato Institute, the Heritage Foundation, the Hoover Institution, the Manhattan Institute, etc.
Author of numerous best-sellers, including his latest, "The Unnecessary War," about WW II.
Ran for President in 1992.
He was ahead of his time in tapping into the populist nationalism that elected Donald Trump.
Protip: If you want to make the case that your hero isn't all about anti-semitism, perhaps refrain from using the cutesy little markers for Jews.
It didn't end well the last time people like you blamed your troubles of an international cabal of Jewish bankers.
Russiagate is like Watergate only with lower IQ players in office.
I know that Leftists and the Media like to pretend that Watergate & Russiagate are the same.
There is a big difference in the two - and I'm going out on a limb here that the DOJ is aware of the Statutes that cover a Special Counsel. . A Special Counsel is ONLY appointed to investigate Criminal Activity.
"Collusion" is nowhere to be found in US Statutes.
First, the underlying crime in Watergate, a break-in to wiretap offices of the DNC, had been traced, within 48 hours, to the Committee to Re-Elect the President.
In Russiagate, the underlying crime — the “collusion” of Trump’s campaign with the Kremlin to hack into the emails of the DNC — has, after 18 months of investigating, still not been established.
Watergate got a Special Prosecutor because of the crime of a break-in.
We don't know for sure why a Special Counsel was appointed for Russia-gate - "collusion" is not a crime.
LEAKS are a Crime and that could be why Mueller was appointed.
quiet, noisy, who knows. i do believe that trump would resign before he is impeached ( ala nixon ).
He has no reason to resign, and he isn't going to be impeached either. There are no grounds for impeachment. Not liking his policies aren't enough.
I didn't like Obama's policies. In fact, I hated them. There were grounds to impeach Obama. But it wasn't even suggested. "Fast and Furious" might have done it.
A literal has been. Relegated to right wing talk show dark corners, like a dust bunny.
We all know CRYBABY Trump will not go quietly, he will wah-wah-wah all the way, LOL!
