If opiods are of such a grave concern to democrats... why then was my former state of NY neutering police? Neutering police by not allowing them to make an arrest at the scene of an overdose... Neutering police by having them administer Narcan etc....
NY and MA both actually...
It seems to me NY and MA wanted to perpetuate the problem to enable rampant drug use by not allowing police to make arrests at the scene of an overdose. But of course we must remove the stigma with overdose... it feels good. Costs tax payers. But damn it feels good.
