The Trump tax cut is unpopular because most Americans instinctively know it's fiscally irresponsible to borrow $2 Tril from the future to fund tax cuts that mostly benefit those who already have plenty of money.
When you add the correction calibration determined by last election, we have to add 15%-20% to the numbers seen on the meter, to come to the actual polling results.
50%-55% is about right, considering he has picked up a few doubters.
The haters will always hate. No changing their mind.
It’s too early to see if the tax bill will help or hurt Trump. The tax bill is so heavily weighted towards the already wealthy that it will have a minimal economic boost. Trump inherited a strong economy and his approval rating is already historically low.
These idiotic polls double and triple sample the Democrats. THEY MEAN NOTHING JUST LIKE ON NOVEMBER 8TH 2016!
I think you need to read up on polling. Every poller over samples to get the numbers they need to look at subgroups. If you want to question what they do, a more rational target would be the modeling they do to estimate what the electorate will actually look like on Election Day. Also, you’re acting as if Party ID is permanent such as race or gender. For many people, it isn’t.
He can stay at 35% for the entire 8 years he's President and I still would think he's doing a great job.
Thanks god that last loser we had in office is now history.
The last loser before trump was Bush.LOL
