Plausible. Probably too late to lock them up, though, if true.

The only statue of limitations on federal crime, is not voluntarily paying the mandated income tax.
Other than that, there is not statue of limitations on federal crimes.

Looks like Trump is directing the DOJ to look into all the last 3 Presidential administrations, criminal activities.

So what you are saying is Sessions is doing a political hatchet job. Gotcha.

If you purchased that piece of ground, they would still be able to run cattle on it. Water rights are as important as property lines here. Even more so, in some cases. Like this one.
Obviously I know more than you. Water rights do not grant graving privileges. The only land they have a right to run cattle on without applying for a grazing permit is their own deeded property. That was a maximum of 160 acres under the Homestead Act a century ago and that's what they own. They purchased the property in the 1940's and their family was not the original homesteaders on that parcel. They do not own federal lands nor do they have a right to use it as they wish. It's a privilege that may be revoked. Federal lands do not belong to one person.

This is the entire federal case...
Combining rights, to tell the Government to **** off, you are not oppressing us. That is so American, if you listened to Thomas Jefferson when he said, "The tree of liberty is watered often with the blood of tyrants and patriots.

We the people tell the government what to do. Government is never ever suppose to be telling the people what to do and then use force to make them.
Force has no place in the land of Freedom & Liberty.

The founders allowed the killing of those oppressing you or threatening you. The courts were there to sort it out.
You have a right to own and carry a gun, you have a right to free speech, and you may exercise both rights at the same time. But you may not point guns in a threatening manner at federal agents (or any ordinary citizen either for that matter), that's a crime. You may not invade a federally owned building and occupy it and exclude federal employees who work there. That's a crime. You may not dump trash on public lands. That's a crime. You may not graze cattle on public lands without a permit and paying the grazing fees.

I don't know what gives you the notion the government is not supposed to use force to enforce laws but that's what the government is there for, to protect the population at large. George Washington himself led a military force to stop the Whiskey Rebellion. You're mixing up freedom in a civil society as we have with anarchy.

No, the NY Times reported on the corruption within the federal judicial system.
I didn't say jack. That is your fantasies wrapped around reality, again.

So, what's the beef? You do understand, Cliven, Armon, & Ryan never pointed any guns at BLM. Who told you they did? That's the person you need to be mad at for lying to you.
