Conservative angst over a perceived shift away from "Merry Christmas" has long percolated. Former Fox News host Bill O'Reilly talked about the "war on Christmas" on his show for years, highlighting businesses that opted to say "Happy Holidays."
What an idiot. What's wrong with a business saying "Happy Holidays" when they know they have shoppers or clients that may be celebrating various holidays at that time. How's that a war on Christmas? This really does point out the sniveling snowflakes these people must be.

Politically weaponizing Christmas via lies = the true meaning of the season for supposedly Christian conservatives. I see through it all.
Tell me about it. It has ruined the season. Christmas should be a time for everyone to come together. It's a secular holiday today and people don't have to be Christian to celebrate it. Republicans however have weaponized it against the "evil secular liberals" and have made it about promoting the agenda of the religious right.
The liberals are losing the war on Christmas so now they claim there never was one.

Christ had to be taken out of PUBLIC schools because not all families are of the same religion. Back in the old days when I was in school, Jewish families wouldn't allow us to celebrate Christmas in school. So we stopped. They didn't teach their religion in our school and we didn't teach ours. Fair enough.
In no way does that stop us from Christmas displays at home or in our churches. Really, you should have gotten over this a long time ago.
