What powers and duty is the President refusing or not taking because of illness?....I'm sure Congress would want to know that and what evidence before removing a President, don't you think?

It isn't me asserting that the cabinet is researching the 25th amendment with an eye to removing Trump. That would be Roger Stone, Trump's buddy. Ask him.
BTW, I've always thought Stone is full of ****. My guess is that nothing has changed in that regard.
