Okay, Or, you found an old mattress with $50,000 sewed inside it, that you got from the Goodwill store? Is this one more a "finders keeper" situation or since you bought the mattress, you bought it lock-stock and barrel? Or... you try to find the owner and subtly hint at what is inside and see if they are aware, perhaps their grandma sewed it in there? Either way, your conscience should tug at you on this one..
Or, you were walking down the street and found a bank bag stuffed with $12,304 for the daily deposit from a business? This one's easy. You turn the bag in to the original owner of the bag or the police.
Or, you never worked, not disabled, living down in the humid basement with your mom and dad upstairs and you are 42 years old and have no car or means of support, so your parents pay your cell phone bill and buy your video games? Your parents need to kick your lazy bum out!

Yes that is an easy one which is why you make the money you found $10.
Is it morally acceptable to receive money you didn’t earn?
If the person who did earn it, wants to give it to you, then what's the problem?
BTW, did the people who earned the money they then had to pay to the Fed govt as taxes, want to give it to welfare queens, illegal aliens etc.?
For the giver: you are teaching others it is moral to accept unearned money
For the recipient: you didn’t earn that money. What’s the matter with you?

There's something wrong with not wanting to die in the streets if you can't earn what you need? Apparently you think so
