Saying he is disabled is not mocking him, it's just saying what is true.
It's not the same thing as laughing at him and calling him a cripple.

I see we're still playing dumb about what happened at the Trump campaign speech, where video clearly shows him mocking the reporter's behavior resulting from his physical impairment.

So, can 45 years old approach a beautiful 15 years old girl infront of her father and tell her the truth: You are sexy and hot, you have an amazing butt.
Can a coworker approach a women and tell her the truth in front of everybody: You are a fat black woman that was promoted only due AA.
Can a person on the street approach a religious Jew and tell him the truth as he believes: Your people killed our god.
Can a coworker approach another one and tell him the truth as he believes: You are an infidel and we should cut your head off.
Do you understand what I mean: In a highly armed society as we have in USA politeness is very important to avoid conflicts. It's not always necessary to tell the truth. Sometimes it's good to shut up.
