The government cannot invade a person’s privacy without documenting a particularized and urgent criminal justice or foreign intelligence need to a neutral and impartial magistrate. The prohibition does not bend even in cases of homicide or international terrorism where its shield might enable serious wrongful conduct to escape detection. Our Constitution is anchored to the high principle that it is better to risk being the victim of injustice than to risk being complicit in it.

That is, until now. President Obama’s dragnet collection of internet and phone metadata on every American citizen obliterated the Fourth Amendment’s privacy fortress. Without getting a court warrant, Mr. Obama’s National Security Agency’s “Stellar Wind” program indiscriminately collected internet metadata, i.e., the accounts to which Americans sent and from which they received emails. The metadata detailed the internet protocol (IP) addresses used by people inside the United States when sending emails.

2011 right as the gear up to the re-run, Obama started spying on the opposing party secretly and unconstitutionally. All the leaks about the Romney campaign, were not by accident.

The government was investigating foreign entities suspected of criminal activity. The government intercepted some of the conversations foreign entities had with Americans. YOU have not offered any evidence that American to American conversations were intercepted. I'm not the one who's blind. YOU are.

You, my friend, are the one trolling. You asked me to tell you how a tweet was untrue. I asked you to cite the tweet. Evidently you cannot. If you don't even know what question you are asking, how can you expect answers. All I'm trying to do is help you. Reaching out to you in kindness and generosity. Can't you be kind and generous in return? Let's start the year out in a good way.

This has been going on since 2011 against all political opponents and those that spoke out against Obamas agenda. He has been digging dirt for political purposes for a long time.

Youtube is not evidence. Allegations are not evidence.

You want to believe and so you do. But you are taking a leap of faith, not making a decision based on FACTS. You have not proffered any FACTS to support your conspiracy theory.

Corruption is power and Power corrupts absolutely.
The FBI most powerful law enforcement agency in the country. Yes I believe they are a political beast.
The DHS and NSA? No nothing questionable about their practices. LOL
The CIA.... Well you can trust that they are the good guys, but there are a great many who feel otherwise. I think of them as a necessary evil. Their hands are as dirty as it gets, not to mention bloody.

You said the tweet was untrue. I just said How So? Now you cannot remember what tweet?
OK!!! How irrational do you wish to be without trolling?

If you don't want to hear the truth and the evidence, just say so.

No, darling. I said many of President Trump's tweets are untrue. Evidently you cannot remember which tweet you were talking about. Because you sure are doing a lot of spinning to keep yourself from actually telling us which tweet you want to defend.
