Thank you President Trump for your pro-business policies. This is shaping up to be a great year for millions of working middle-class families. I predict 2018 is the year we begin to see real wage increases.

Happy New Years
That's great! I'm always happy when people do well. Happy New Year to you as well.

Pressure needs to be taken off of the tendency to keep wages low. One time bonuses ain’t cutting it for working people.

I work in the tech world too and I got a 10% bonus yesterday. I have been getting bonuses for 20 years now.

I think your friend is highly paid already and may have been on a project that warranted a bonus at the end of it. Just a hunch.

Bonuses and stock options are to wages what lunch special chips are to a sandwich.

If their ain't enough meat on my sandwich or it looks and tastes like crap- I could give a damn about those chips!

Correct. It’s nice to get, but ultimately does little over the long term.

We need wage hikes in this country, not band aids in the form of bonuses.
