The GOP purposely targeted blue states (with the GOP tax plan) to make them suffer. It could backfire on the GOP if lots of blue voters spread into purple and red states and continue voting blue.
Imagine that. Tucker Carlson's Daily Caller cherry picking facts and leading with lax drug laws, tight gun control, socialist taxation and liberal social circles as the reasons for population decline. Pure hyperbole.
