The U.S. Labor Department reported Friday that the unemployment rate for African-Americans fell to 6.8 percent in December – the lowest rate since recordkeeping began in 1972. That’s an astounding drop from the 8.3 percent black unemployment rate in October 2016, just before Donald Trump was elected president."
"Hispanic unemployment was at a near-record low of 4.9 percent in December – down from 5.7 percent the month before the election of President Trump. Additionally, there were four months in 2017 in which the Hispanic seasonal unemployment fell below 5 percent – the only time that has occurred in a single year over the past 44 years."

Jobs are good, but are NOT EVERYTHING. Basic human dignity, respect and inclusion are also very important. It is the essence of obscene white privilege to make your statement.

Since the white man controls everything how come he keeps giving jobs to us lowly minorities?
Assuming the numbers are accurate, how, exactly, is this Trump's doing?
Seriously. What policy has he enacted that has specifically helped African Americans or Hispanics looking for work?
He has mostly focused on banning people from random nations, picking fights on Twitter, playing golf, hating on various minorities - including blacks and Hispanics, rubbing elbows with the Klan during the summer riots, and now passing a payday loan style tax scam that will simply kick the can down the road with empty promises of "getting your money now."
Not only is none of that something to be proud of, none of it also helps out minorities in search of work. So, whatever the cause may be, you have to be kidding yourself if emboldening right-wing bigotry, as Trump's victory and actions have done, is going to somehow help African Americans and Hispanics find work.
Really, the Trump worship is out of hand. We've got right-wingers to the point of giving Trump credit for the stock market recovery under Obama while at the same time pretending that the recovery never happened. This is just more of the same empty praise.

You mean the kind if dignity you get when democrats tell you that your race is too stupid to get ahead without handouts and affirmative action? Or are you talking about the old-school dignity when democrats fought to keep blacks enslaved?

Yes because living in poverty and being dependent on the government for handouts is so much better than working for a living.

Cool story, bro.
First, Democrats never said any of that nonsense.
Second, the "old style Democrats" that liked slavery are now the Republicans. Read up on the Southern Strategy, and take ownership for your party's turn to bigotry:
"In American politics, the southern strategy was a Republican Party electoral strategy to increase political support among white voters in the South by appealing to racism against African Americans."
Or, you do you really think the reason the slavery loving deep south flipped from Democrat to Republican was because they all suddenly had a change of heart and love minorities now?
That would be the senator from Massachusetts who makes money off the very schemes she derides in Congress.
