A man who spent more than two years in jail for a rape he did not commit had his conviction quashed after a relative took only a minute to uncover a series of bombshell Facebook messages – missed by police – that proved his innocence.
In the latest rape case to highlight failings in the criminal justice system, The Mail on Sunday can reveal that the jury at Danny Kay’s 2013 trial was only shown doctored transcripts of crucial Facebook chats between Mr Kay and his accuser.
Why isn't the lying c word now in shackles living with olga? Hell, I'd put her in with bubba. These women are complete scum yet they never face any consequences!

Derbyshire Police said: ‘We will be reviewing our investigation to find out whether lessons can be learned.’
Will the girl be incarcerated for the length of his original sentence, that’s the only way a lesson can be learned?

I said to the prosecutor that there were other messages, that the conversations weren’t complete,’ he said. ‘But he got angrier and louder and kept saying, “I put it to you that you raped this girl and now you’re lying to this court.”
Why didn’t his attorney present these during the trial?

Mr Kay’s barrister Philip Rule, said: ‘This is an important victory for justice. This is the tip of an iceberg of failings brought about by chronic and long-term under-resourcing of the criminal justice system.
No, it highlights your incompetence as a legal representative, your client should sue you also.
As a gay man, women scare the hell out of me sometime. A couple years ago, I was given a few young engineers straight from college to train. I took each one out to lunch to get to know them better. Then all of a sudden one of the girls started avoiding me like the plague. I just ignored it thinking it was nothing. Then someone told me she had been telling people I was hitting on her. Sensing a sexual harassment complaint coming, I pulled her aside and showed her a pic of my then boyfriend now fiance. Then I sent her to another office. Let someone else deal with her. To this day I still can't think of what I dis that could be construed as me hitting on her. Frankly, I think women are gross.

Quite frankly, in today's world where she (and, yes, it only applies to woman, which is a hypocritical disgrace) who cries rape automatically has to be believed--in a perverted misapplication of "justice" that leads the accused to have his life ruined over an allegations, including an allegation that can NEVER be proven--I am starting to think that Vice President Mike Pence's approach to matters makes more and more sense by the day.

So you blame the woman and the attorney, but not the police?
