Apparently this new bombshell report by the NY Times sheds light on possible collusion between the Australian government and the Obama administration. As the story goes, officials in the Obama administration may have had contacts with the Australians. Papadopoulos appears to be in the cross hairs again. Should we be outraged if Australia was colluding with the Obama administration to launch an investigation against a political opponent?
Quote:
Exactly how much Mr. Papadopoulos said that night at the Kensington Wine Rooms with the Australian, Alexander Downer, is unclear. But two months later, when leaked Democratic emails began appearing online, Australian officials passed the information about Mr. Papadopoulos to their American counterparts, according to four current and former American and foreign officials with direct knowledge of the Australians’ role.
Should we also be outraged by all the elections that we have absolutely influenced around the world? It's what governments do, including our own and when democrats are in charge as well.
So are you admitting that the DNC isn't clean in this story?
The server that was hacked was the DNC's. No Clinton emails were on it.
No political party or campaign is "clean", the stolen DNC and campaign staffers' emails didn't reveal or point to any criminal wrongdoing, just your run-of-the-mill political backbiting, scheming, and yada yada. That's probably why you don't remember them.
Wow- wouldn't a rational American appreciate this kind of intel from an ally? Mr. Stopdropandpopaloaf got boozy and let a foreign allied diplomat know Russia was potentially interfering with election. So they channeled to the US.
Tell me it isn't that hard to comprehend?
Let me guess- Intel on terrorists ok, but Intel on foreign governments trying to sway a US election is bad? This is Trumplings world view?
The FBI was looking for their "insurance policy", and they may have used this as their excuse to start their insurance policy investigation.
Either that or the dossier may have been used for the insurance policy investigation.
Senator Lindsey Graham recently said he had new information about how the DOJ used the dossier, and that he was deeply disturbed by it.
This really doesn't look good no matter how they try to spin it.
