Maybe I'm dumb or naive, but it looks like the ok sign. I work in a high noise environment, we use that sign often when someone signals asking if you need help.
Then again I honestly don't know any secret hand signals of hate groups.

Everyone knows that the thumbs-up hand gesture stands for “I kill black people”. The thumb stands for I, the top two fingers stand for “k” in kill, and the bottom two fingers stand for “b” in black.

No kidding. It amazes me that some would try and flip a timeless gesture into something it's not.
This is precisely why the alt-right co-opted the �� okay sign, plausible deniability, with the option for gaslighting.
Funny, because many are claiming 4Chan is responsible, and it was meant to be some kind of a joke. I honestly don't know, but I do know that is an "ok" hand gesture. I have no idea why the one lone character in the picture decided to use this hand gesture over the thumbs up, but it doesn't change the meaning of the hand gesture.
Strange... On my phone when I type OK the sign comes up as an emoji.
Who would have thought that Google, Apple and Samsung would be using the white power sign. Must be secret racist companies and you're a white power racist if you own one of their phones.

The OK sign for him is just his way of gesticulating his point. His preferred sign that things are OK is the thumbs up.
