I had to look up dog whistle call outs. I honestly never heard of them before. Im not sure I believe that Trump is smart enough to know how to do it. That and I think it fairly obvious that Trump doesn't care who he offends so why bother with secret handshakes, code words or sign language?

actually in brazil, iran and many places in europe the gesture is the equivalent of the middle finger.
interesting debate. so, we all agree that the most common meaning of the gesture is simply "OK" ( oll's korrect ) but could the gesture also be....:
A): a white supremist "dog whistle" gesture for "white pride/power"?
B): a 4chan prank to make people think it's a gesture for "white pride/power"?
C): originally a 4chan prank that has been adopted by white supremists.
don't know. not enough evidence available that i've seen to tilt me in any direction. as for the intern, with the information given i'm apt to believe his explanation. if more information is revealed ( he is now under the spotlight ) that view may change.
