I have the feeling China, or Russia, will. For all the bluster from some about how China or Russia will support him, at the end of the day neither, especially China, will allow him to interfere with business.
China doesn't want all the NK refugees that would come streaming across the border. I don't think anyone is going to take him out. And it's very concerning to me that we have two idiots with itchy trigger fingers.

Yeah, that's never going to happen.
There are a lot of flaws in your "plan," and the most glaring is "assets already in place." You've obviously never worked or served in an intelligence field. North Korea is the uncrackable nut. If we had reliable intel from "assets already in place," North Korea would have never even advanced to their current stage of nuclear technology.
