In the link provided Acting ICE Director Holman tells us what he is going to do. It is the last question he takes after his speech. He is going to step up work place enforcement X 4 and he isn't going to fine the employer. He is going to criminally charge them. That would never have been possible without Trump winning the election. He is also pushing to criminally charge politicians and sanctuary cities but he has less control and it would require support from the DOJ. Its unclear what the DOJ has decided on that issue. They may be waiting to see what immigration reforms are solved by congress before acting.
The left is going to scream bloody murder in 2018 as the employers are jailed and working illegals deported.

I'll address the bold.

I bet every socialist and communist thinks the USA doesn't have "a real left wing party" either.
the bit i bolded is just you making up crap. OF course the same thing could have happened with any one of a dozen Republicans. What is odd is how desperate you and other extremists are to prove Trump is any use at all.

Big fines are fast, easy and they have a much lower bar to meet. as to criminally charging people for sanctuary cities your man has lost the plot is is tough talking for low information and weak thinkers. DOJ has ZERO power to charge a sanctuary city or its political leaders, what would you even charge them with?

i think the acting ICE director needs to hire some skilled legal advisors cause he is talking balls, or you are misrepresenting him..

when this came up dozens of you Trump supporters were going crazy thinking Seattle San fran etc were about to be under federal control and charges would be coming forthwith.
And we explained slowly and clearly why it was balls. and here we are a year later and you are clinging to ALT Right fantasy . Don't you get it, there is no requirement for texas or Washington state to do a damn thing beyond the letter of the law to "assist" federal forces. not a thing. You really should spend more time learning about this stuff, local forces work for local gov not DC, not Sessions and not the alt right.

if they want to try to overreach let them they will get slapped down just like the last few times and that is if they can even find a court who will hear them.

and if Trump or sessions tries to punish those cities through ANY MEANS those cities will sue and will win. these fever dreams of the right are fun.

as to your failure to understand political leaning there is little point me explaining it to you as you have not even figured out the whole sanctuary cities thing and that has been going on all year. you need to understand when these agents of Trumpism stand at podiums it is mostly just raw meat for the cult, they know much of what they are saying does not meet any US legal standards, but they know it excites the cult... (honestly if 1% of the podium lies Trumpists claimed came true you guys would have the entire left locked up forever.... but it is all fake bs to stroke egos)

I refuse to condemn a man for picking the best of two bad choices.

There is a reason liberals voted democrats even after they party screwed over Bernie. What other choice did they have?

Republicans had to support Roy Moore, because by the time the news came out, it was too late to put anyone else name on the ballot. It was either Roy Moore or a democrat.
As any regs on this board know, I'm anything but a Trump or Moore supporter. But I have to agree here. The whole rest of my family (brothers, their wives, and probably their kids) voted for Trump because they saw him as the "lesser bad". I don't automatically presume anything bad about someone who voted for Trump, although I think they're misguided. But being misguided (real or perceived) is not grounds for castigating others as worthless.

Actually, DOJ does have the power to charge them. Here's the Federal law they're violating:

Encouraging/Inducing -- Subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv) makes it an offense for any person who -- encourages or induces an alien to come to, enter, or reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such coming to, entry, or residence is or will be in violation of law.

Conspiracy/Aiding or Abetting -- Subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(v) expressly makes it an offense to engage in a conspiracy to commit or aid or abet the commission of the foregoing offenses.

...With regard to violations of 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a)(1)(ii)-(iv) and (v)(ii), domestic transportation, harboring, encouraging/inducing, or aiding/abetting, the basic statutory maximum term of imprisonment is 5 years, unless the offense was committed for commercial advantage or private financial gain, in which case the maximum term of imprisonment is 10 years.

The prison term is 5-10 years PER each illegal alien. They can go to prison for life.

lol I'm not the one complaining about it and I'm not deflecting from policy.
That was the point.

The only dribble is coming from people who feed off the substanceless tabloid news.
And no it's obvious people are not over it.

And no I didn't get into the tabloid gossip like others did. I complained about obamas policies. Anyone who has read my posts knows that truth. So you can quit making things up about me.

It's always about policy. Get that through your head. The sooner the better.
