States don't have the right to violate Federal immigration law. I posted the applicable sections in post #18.
Trump is president and is allowing this to occur. He was going to be tough on illegals and be the "law and order" president. He's the head of the US government and is allowing a violation of Federal immigration law to continue. He tricked you into voting for him.
Trump's going to allow DACA to continue. He already said he's open to it. Watch and see. He's meeting with the R's in congress today to discuss DACA. Most of the Rs in congress support DACA too.

Communists welcome every "useful idiot" they can find, cultivate, or import to further their agenda.

interesting stats, IC. I've always taken the statements by the left that the daca kids are in school, college grads, law abiding, "brought here as small children", etc with a huge grain of salt as the left never backs up those claims with published statistics. saying something over and over again doesn't make it true.
