Here we go, for the economically illiterate:

It’s official: Recession began in December 2007
Quote:
The U.S. economy has been in a recession since December 2007, the National Bureau of Economic Research said today .

The NBER — a private, nonprofit research organization — said its group of academic economists who determine business cycles met and decided that the U.S. recession began last December.

How many more times do we have to point out THAT as well?
But you are posting percentages based on that crash Can't have it both ways son.

Democrat Logic
  • Economy Crashes - Not Obama's Fault
  • Economy Recovers - Obama is greatest President
  • Economy Hits New Highs under Trump - Obama is greatest President

Has to be seen to be believed.

This made absolutely no sense whatsoever.

I just proved that the recession began almost a year before Obama was even elected, to prove wrong your claim that Obama was responsible for it. Your response is to post a bunch of nonsensical words.

No you didn't. And aside from that, Obama was a sitting Senator. He voted for every policy that cause the crash. And he voted to bail out the banksters too. This while running FOR president.

It's taken Trump to get us out of that mess, and the complete sell out to the globalists.

It would appear you have a problem with calendars. Hint: December 2007 is 11 months before the election of November 2008, when Obama was elected. And it is 13 months before January 2009, when Obama took office.

This statement goes to show how desperate you are: Obama was just 1 of 100 senators, and .... somehow ... the whole thing is his fault alone.

This says otherwise.

Real economy crashed while Obama was President.

Your own link shows the economy:
1. First declining in 2008, which is before Obama became president. And:
2. Recovering in 2010-2016. Not to mention:
3. Trump's first year no different than several years under Obama.

And I should add, that we actually had our first quarterly GDP growth greater than 4% in Q4 2009.

https://fred.stlouisfed.org/series/A191RL1Q225SBEA

Q4 2009: 4.5%
Q4 2011: 4.7%
Q2 2014: 5.1%
Q3 2014: 4.9%

Inconvenient fact for the Trumplings!
Only Q1 and Q2 2009 were negative, Q3 and Q4 were positive, indicating that the economy had started recovering several months after Obama took office. Terribly inconvenient facts for the Trumplings.

Officially, the recovery began in June 2009 - just 6 months after Obama took office.

I can probably find weather related data that correlates to when Obama or Trump took office too, but that doesn't mean he had anything to do with it. People need to get over this silly obsession that these two idiots somehow control the market and/or economy to some level of significance.

great- let the OP know as he claims otherwise and we'll save ourselves 175 pages....
considering the one thing people point to that they claim Trump is doing well is the economy most Trumpsters would prob disagree with you (of course they'd agree if the conversation were about Obama)
