You cannot store classified information outside of a SCIF, period, full stop.
Hillary's server is not a SCIF, she violated the espionage act.

She didn't delete the emails, nor is there any evidence (as in, nothing, nada, zilch) that shows she instructed anyone to delete emails.

Hilary was not in the military, and did not fall under the UCMJ, she was not a civilian either, she was the sitting US Secretary of State, privy to some of the most sensitive of classified material.
This was not a case where someone locked the vault and forgot to close one of the safes containing ComSec cypher codes or operation manuals for secret equipment.
She was the SECSTATE and exposed every classified discussion, every sketch, every photo, and every document that was either sent or received by her, via her private email account, over four years.

The mishandling of classified material falls under the chapter titled espionage:
If you are entrusted with possession of classified material, it is a crime to mishandle that material by storing it in a non secure manner.
In other words, if the president or some federal agency entrusts you with the possession of a top secret memo, and you leave it in the bathroom, or a friends house, or any place else, where it is not properly secured, that is gross negligence, and it's a crime.
I served in the military for 22 years. I spent two years as my units classified material custodian. I had to ensure the security of all classified material, from Confidential to Top Secret. Every book, photo, memo, or sketch, is logged, tracked, with a chain of secure custody from and to every person authorized to view or possess such material. So I know what I'm talking about.
you realize that despite your hype Hillary is fine. dig dig dig and guess what nothing was found, there was not big stack of secret docs, there was nothing found. tens of thousands of docs and a few low level things slipped through. nothing any court would find to be an issue.
It must really suck , you guys can almost feel it, yet Hillary is absolutely fine. This is just Republicans abusing the system to muddy the waters. What will it be 100th investigation into Hillary?
