No insecurity here. just an observation of Californian government Policies . Heck I don't live there, but I sure do feel sorry for all the people that are forced to be homeless at the expense of the government's decisions.

That video is not the American dream. That video is a socialist UTOPIA that California liberals push. Go back to the 80's before the amnesty and when California was ran differently ...

btw im not even a republican.

Oh please. The entire USA feels more threatened by Trump than by California, or they wouldn't keep flocking to visit.

Trying to bash liberals with these disingenuous threads bashing California is getting very old. You should really find a new angle--these are epic thread failures.

"California’s travel industry grew in 2016 for the seventh consecutive year, according to Visit California, the state’s nonprofit tourism agency.

Preliminary findings in the group’s annual report suggest that travel spending in the state was $126.3 billion, up about 3% from 2015. The industry supported more than 1 million jobs, up 3.4% from last year..."

You cherry pick a crummy area in Cali and try to claim that's what liberals want for the whole country. I cherry picked a crummy area in red neck town to claim that's what conservatives want for the country.
Difference between you and I, is that I know that the cherry picking is nonsensical, and you believe the garbage you spew.
You are actually wrong. If you look at this wonderful 1 bedroom crap condo in LA . You will be paying 450k .

No, we are not threatened by California. The nation is ...the United States of America is threatened by the ideology that created this.

2014????? LOL , where have you been? California is projected to lose over 400k jobs once your 15 an hour wages kick in.

California has also lost over 5 million residents in the past decade.. It has one trillion in un-funded pensions... Its bleeding out .. Lets not fool ourselves. The numbers don't lie.

I don't give a rat's ass about your political affiliations. What I DO care about are statements from someone who doesn't even live here making baseless assumptions about what life is really like in California and what Californians want.

Why do people from other states feel the need to bash California completely unprovoked? Are Californians showing up at your door and busting your windows and kicking your dog? No? Then what's the beef?

Homelessness and high housing costs are not problems exclusive to California and they certainly are not directly caused by vague "government decisions" as you assert. If they are, please provide specific legislation enacted by the California government that have directly led to people becoming homeless.

No, once again....YOU'RE wonderfully wrong. You are, again CHERRY PICKING. You're cherry picking a condo in an expensive area in Cali.

Cherry picking, because you ignore the lower priced homes in other much more safer areas, ignore the higher salaries, ignore the better social services for the people, etc.

Not all of Cali is LA, but go ahead, cherry pick some more. We could do this all day.
West Virginia, yo.

Ideology does not create homelessness. Mental illness and alcohol/drug addiction does.

That man can buy 10 of his houses for the price of the 1 house you showed me in that nice Sacramento neighborhood.
