I kinda think he is doing some stuff on the down low... If/when he really focuses on CA our politicians should be shaking in their boots.

The "war" would be on the pols and illegals, not citizens. The latest anti-marijuana posturing is leverage against the sanctuary state status and lack of immigration enforcement, imo.

You think, huh? With more than 2/3rds of the electorate finding Chump dangerously incompetent, obnoxious, and fully mentally ill - um, him trying to bite the nation's largest and most productive population, economy, state etc. will undeniably come back in his face.

California will be his undoing ...

Given the nationwide opioid epidemic, it makes no sense to direct limited resources and attention to marijuana: a relatively low grade "narcotic." IMO, this is nothing more than a bunch of saber rattling from AG Sessions whose mind is stuck somewhere between Slavery and the 1950s.

The only thing that might change Sessions' mind is finding out what Robert E. Lee thought about cannabis

"I wish it was in my power to place hashish candy in the pocket of every soldier, because I am convinced that it speedily relieves debility, fatigue and suffering”

Because he's a narcissist he would absolutely go after Ca. He knows he could never win this state anyway. It would be in Ca best interest to stop poking the bear

What's for him to like about us? California represents all his failures.

Beset by early failure — no border wall, no tax reform, Affordable Care Act “repeal” destined to die in the Senate — Trump uses California as a whipping boy to distract his base in Trump Country: mostly rust states and the old confederacy, peopled by droves of disaffected white have-nots needing somebody to blame.
