The idea that anyone would celebrate subpar insurance plans is bizarre.

The idea that anyone would celebrate government mandated insurance, which carries penalties if you happen to be one of the many people who didn't qualify for gov't subsidies but also couldn't afford the ever increasing rates that resulted from the ACA, is pretty bizarre too don't you think?

Enrollment has dropped from 13-20 million (depending on the figures) to 9 million and I'd bet most of those are getting help in paying. The people who don't get help are leaving the program.

I have yet to see Dems who created the program come up with any alternative or a fix that both parties might agree. The ACA will just collapse and we'll be at the repeal point.

Let's go back to a private market place. ACA was designed to fail so Hillary could work on single payer. There was just one huge flaw with that plan.

When treatment costs exceed insurance caps, who picks up the tab?

Wrong. It did not change. We always covered preventive at 100%.

Most young people want only catastrophic care. Sometimes referred to as: If I get hit by a bus.

Some old people want every sniffle and fart care. Sometimes referred to as: I have a hangnail! Medic!

If you don't want it, don't buy it. A lousy deal to you is a great deal to someone else.
So you want other people to subsidize the cost of your insurance, but think it's unfair that you're asked to subsidize the cost of other people's insurance?

Well, let's see. The liberals don't have a problem with fighting every policy the Trump administration puts in place, even if it were to benefit them.

It seems only fitting that if the liberal states like California can release illegal alien felons back on the streets and support an open border policy that puts the burden on the taxpayers, a state like Idaho should be able to throw a bad healthcare law into the dumpster where it belongs.

If people get to choose, to make their own decision, to not be coerced by government, is that bad?

Let's see, when Obamacare was being pitched, it was going to cover some 30,000,000 uninsured. We have since spent billions, ~110-120 billions per year since it was created. The latest Ocare enrollment was ~9 million. This is before the first premium is due. Let's see what the real enrollment is then.

So, not only was the wildly optimistic coverage projection way off, by two-thirds, it will cost us in the neighborhood of a couple of trillion for a minimal improvement in coverage.woman

I seriously doubt any thinking woman or man thinks it is very good. Fact of the matter is it very wasteful of resources.

That is crazy.
Do you buy insurance for your car that covers oil changes, car washes, new tires etc? If not, how do you ever get those things?
