I'm sure all are going to all turn themselves in or self-deport!

Heck. I will gladly volunteer my time to make them get out faster!
They have jobs, own houses, kids in schools universities, in the military etc, so it is good to give them time.

Probably would have made more sense to deport the illegal ones first, but it seems the admin is starting with the legal ones.

If it was any other country, this wouldn't be an issue, as they'd have been deported ages ago.

The question might as well be, “Do you want some of your neighbors, friends and family deported and potentially a greater voting block reduced?” Im guessing the answer would be no.

We need to remove all illegals and drastically reduce all immigration to the US.

If you actually read what this is about, the Salvadorans who are here and who would be affected by this actually are here legally. They were allowed to come after fleeing from natural disaster.

They have time to apply for legal status.

As we all well know it is us who should be thanking them all. For many things , but most of all the chance they give us to finally know about kindness and love which is so lacking in our own society. There are some who are called dreamers & their dream is for a America where we all love one another and dream for big cars and big houses too somewhere down the road. The illegals are so kind they give a choice : either give us the legal status or we can join a gang and make you pay later for failure to do so. It is up to you yankie hombre.

If the American Politicians renege on their promise to provide a life for all illegals, then just begin by tugging at the heartstrings by bringing the kids to protest and make up some signs to wave around calling America a land of liars and cheats. Better still, go to the local Democrat Rep. and shout liar in his/her face all the time shouting through a bullhorn in their ear. Get some of the younger ones to cry and shout and demand the govt. be shut down.

All joking aside, would the illegals and dreamers have fared better in terms of national recognition if they acted with some degree of humility and gratitude for the the kindness extended to them all & coming at such a cost to the nation.

Kick it down the road for the next guy. That’s what he did.

I understand that:

I addressed both illegals as well as our legal policies:

Illegals aren’t actually immigrants since they have not secured the right to remain.

Hear hear! While we're at it lets deport the gangbangers and welfare queens of the major American metros as well.

We would be better off deporting unemployed opioid and meth addicts than people who are actually contributing.
They do understand the meaning of the word temporary, I would guess.

How many made any effort to make their status more permanent?
