Judge just dismissed the Bundy case with prejudice, meaning they will not be retried. The Bundys walk away free.


A federal judge ruled Monday that the federal government may not retry Cliven Bundy and his sons after rebuking prosecutors for withholding evidence during their felony trial stemming from an armed standoff four years ago.

U.S. District Judge Gloria Navarro cited "flagrant prosecutorial misconduct" in her decision to dismiss all charges against the Nevada rancher and three others.

This is great and I hope it's only a start on the crack down on our corrupt systems.

From what I read, entirely proper. The Government, whether it be Federal, State or Local, has a duty to disclose its evidence against a defendant. If, as here, the prosecutors deliberately withhold evidence, then the case should be dismissed.

The corruption in the Bundy Case was breathtaking - there is something very, very wrong with some of these Government agencies ...... DOJ tops the list.

DOJ did exactly the same thing to Senator Ted Stevens - it gained the Democrats a Senate seat.
The DOJ Corruption is rampant and heavily embedded.

Of course, it is not as simple as that. Recall that the proceedings against the late Mr. Stevens began during the Bush Presidency, and that Mitch McConnell called upon the Senator to resign. He did not, but lost the 2008 bid for re-election to his seat.
