Seems odd that the Trump administration is encouraging a weak dollar. The treasury secretary just spoke about the benefits of a weak dollar, which the market then reacted to:

I was being sarcastic. I don't think that 3/4 of the White House leadership should be on a trip to Switzerland on the government's dime. I also hope the President won't be disappointed that the golf courses are closed for the winter.
