Actually it really depends on the media source. I've read a few articles from various media outlets and some push the narrative that they've called off the divorce proceedings altogether, while others state that they are just taking it out of the public court system - or something to that effect.

I'm all for her dumping that scumbag completely. She deserves a man who is happy with only her fulfilling that aspect of his life. Hell, if I was a career politician I'd be trying to connect and permanently hook up with her.

You do your mandatory sentence to the second.
That's weird. I could swear that when he gets out he'll be on probation.

Probation is what someone gets sentence for the judgement against them, instead of jail time. In County and State court.
Parole, you'd be let out early with restriction and they don't have parole for federal crime. It is a mandatory sentence. You do the crime, you do the time. When out you are a free man/woman.
You get 10 years, you serve 10 years.
There is no probation, because of federal mandated sentencing for each crime.

Huma Abedin and Anthony Weiner call off divorce

Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin and her jailed sext-a-holic hubby, Anthony Weiner, have withdrawn their pending divorce case, The Post has learned.

Abedin was scheduled to appear in Manhattan Supreme Court on Wednesday afternoon for a compliance conference in their contested divorce. Instead, one of her attorneys submitted paperwork signed by both parties agreeing to end the case, a court source told The Post.

The judge announced from the bench that the case was “discontinued.”

A couple of liberals that deserve to be in jail and trying to find ways to not be in jail... I wouldn't blame them, I would do the same if in the same position... but make no mistake, they are crooked as much as Hillary and Bill... all SHOULD be in jail... luckily, they have liberal friends in the government to help them stay out... unlucky for us, its a two-tiered justice system...

I wonder if this is so Wiener does not have to testify against her? A spouse cannot be forced to testify against a spouse correct?

That is the consensus of many previously in the thread.
