But this. This is nothing.

Florida says Hold My Beer.

Both of their staff were up deleting memes and commentary on their face books.
Pence is creepy. You have no point when your argument is " People called out the Vice President but said nothing about these two obscure politicians".

There's a very toxic thread running through Missouri state politics. This is just the tip of the iceberg. The state GOP, once the party of John Danforth, has fallen down the rabbit hole. Missouri voters elected a dead candidate rather than sending John ******** back for another term in the Senate. The GOP suicides were allegedly somehow traced to comments and behaviors of other GOP operatives. It's all very ugly, whatever the origin.

His opponent was a republican who turned Democrat. Both were lousy choices.

My guess is you could count them on two hands. Maybe one.
A private affair is one thing. Blackmail is another. We need to ask more of our elected officials - on either side of the aisle.

Yes, of course. Missouri is a very conservative Republican state. There would be a heck of a lot more outrage than we're seeing now if he were a Democrat.

There you go its a race for the bottom between the GOP and Dems.

Endless hypocrisy. The left and women's rights, the right and morality.

Time for 3rd parties to rise and take control.

And ******** was far from the, um, most “interesting” player in Missouri politics around that time. In fact, for the most part, he set new records for boring. Sorry, can’t tell about the other. Come to Jeff and start buying rounds in the bars on High Street during the session (going on now, in fact); maybe someone will talk.

But yeah, I agree that the Schweich suicide thing was totally strange. May be the best/worst publicly known scandal in Missouri politics. Well ,at least we know Schweich died.

I guess.

Even if all he did was have the affair, he’ll never be president now. It’s not like he’s Donald Trump, someone who brags about stuff like this. Some very rich people are seeing their investment going down the drain.
