Well the government redefined full time to be 30 hours back when Obamacare got passed.
So it's not Walmart here doing the defining.

Walmart has to offer no benefits to those under 32 hours. At our local store, they have cut employees by 30% since last summer. They have one cashier from 9 pm to 6 am. Not unusual to see 10-12 customers In checkout lines. Stockers on 2nd and 3rd shift have been cut from 20 per shift to 6 per shift.

It's interesting because I believe the Walton family backed Clinton in the election. Still, I don't think the news is any revelation or some proof that this tax law is so great.

It's not even proof that it's because of the tax law. Walmart has been raising their starting pay every year for the last 3 years.

Depends on where the Walmarts are located. I live in a community with over 100k residents, where 2/3 have a Bachelors or better and the Median HHI is over 100k (The Woodlands, TX). There are four Walmarts along the perimeter of my community, including one that has (at the time it opened at least) the only Chobani Cafe outside Manhattan. The shoppers in those Walmarts don't reflect the entertainment example bolded above.

Not all the corporations have the same interest. Walmart was more deeply invested in TPP than a tax break.

Don't keep us in suspense, tell us about your experience working at Walmart and how horrible it was.

A Night Stalker?

Well that is one of the better jobs, at least not dealing with the zombies.

If he gets laid off he should try a grocery store, some of them seem to pay well for night shifts.
