The main premise of this post is complete nonsense.
You make this weird claim up out of whole cloth and just post it as if it had some kind of factual basis.
#1 - How is it that you can claim that people who come from socialist countries will automatically vote Democratic?
#2 - What is the basis for your claim that Republicans are 'coming around to' Trump?
#3 - How can you claim that any political party is in favor of open borders? Voting against Trump's cement monument to himself is in no way an endorsement of open borders.
Please reference something, anything, to back up your post. A link to a reputable source would be helpful.
The Dems have been pushing for open borders under the guise of helping people but one has to wonder why they seem to ignore Americans and legal immigrants?
It just seems so backwards to want to bring in millions of low skilled poor people that can do little but sponge off the welfare systems and the same can be said for the millions of illegal aliens that are already here. The Dems are willing to risk public safety and a level of crime in our cities and towns from a class of people that should not even be here.
It is terrific to have a big heart and a want to help people but it cannot be at the expense of a shrinking brain.
I do believe that inside every Liberal is a conservative that hasn't been a victim of a crime at the hands of the people they claim to be helping.
What the Dems are trying to do with the borders, amnesty and other importing of people plans is scary and there are only 2 possible reasons for their actions. They want to turn America into a 3rd world country thus reducing its embarrassing exceptionalism on the world stage or they want to increase their voter rolls.
The big question is why do they need to import votes? What has happened to their base?

It may be a wash in a few years.
And the angry old white man still owns most of the wealth in the world, including all of the major defense contracting companies, so be careful of the battles you want to wage. I don't think all of the immigrants from South of the Border or the Caribbean will survive a drone attack....
And notice how they prefer immigrants from countries with corrupt leadership...as if to prepare them for a Democratic Party future here in the US.
Please present a link or other reference to show that Democrats "prefer immigrants from countries with corrupt leadership" ... or just admit that you make stuff up.
If this is a reference to Trump's recent disparagement of Haiti, El Salvador and some African countries I would remind you that these have been humanitarian efforts to spare and protect people, and it has never been just one party involved.
