The LEFT owns 95% of the Media, 100% of Education K through university, and most Government agencies, the bureaucracy, where much of the power lies. In addition most of the large corporations are headed by Democrat donating progressives, and are extremely PC on every level.
It is a constant uphill battle to have conservative, and libertarian thought, and speech considering the above.

I'll give some creadance to your remarks about the Trump cult, even from the Right. When I was skeptical of Trump during even the General (didn't know enough about him, and what I found from his past I didn't quite like and so was more NeverTrump, especially after he how treated Cruz, and got called a "Stinking Democrat" for it and was made uncomfortable in several anti-Amnesty groups, even though I was a big researcher there exposing the bad guys. I did come back to some of them when I felt more comfortable after the election and decided to give Trump a chance (though did call him out for bashing the Freedom Caucus). However, in the anti-Amnesty groups lately, I think some people are realizing that I might have had a point when I said, back in late 2015, early 2016, that I feared that Trump would be weak on DACA and cave to the Commies/Chamber of Commerce whores.
Also, I've seen it where people threatened to boycott Hobby Lobby because they donated to Rubio instead of Trump and I've seen other groups get threatened to be left by people upset at the groups for even SEEMING to be speaking against Trump.
It's really a pain to try and convince people that Big Government is evil and that we need an Article V convention to fix things and that DC CAN'T fix itself when loads act like Trump is the Second Coming of Jesus and can fix anything.

Wrong. I believe Obama is trying to destabalize Syria (at least Assad had Syria stabalized). I heard that many of the refugees to Europe are actually Libyians. They used to have a country till Hitlery ruined it by ousting Gadalfi. Now Obummer tried the same thing with Syria so that Europe could be invaded with Syrian refugees. Since Europe feel for the lies of the Planned Parenthood type eugenecists, their population is now below the sustainability threshold and they are all but fated to be overrun by the Muslims, etc.
Now, Planned Parenthood, which is also open borders, is pushing the same thing here, and the climate change pushers are also trying to kill jobs and have even, at times, openly said that there should be less humans so that the climate can do better.
Then, they want to use these "mental health" laws so they can take our guns cuz they realized the Second Amendment is one of the last, and certainly the strongest, thing keeping us from suffering Europe's fate.
Of course, if they can wait for the "depolorables" to die off and then bring in illegals from craphole countries where gun rights are nonexistant and also 'teach" our kids in Common Core schools that the 2nd Amendment allows for gun control or even that it was only meant for guns in a state militia, they can pretty much kill the 2nd Amendment via ignorance and then march us off to the camps once too few are alive who know the truth.
Obama, Hillary, Planned Parenthood, climate change, guns, immigration, and for the grand finale, marching us off to camps.

You know, Americans are the dumbest people living in a Western style democracy anywhere in the world, and one of the reasons for that is millions of people get their "news" from Fox, and I personally know people who rely on Fox almost exclusively. Huge Trump supporters, clueless about the world, hate everyone who is not part of their tribe, etc., etc.
One of the reasons Canadians are smarter than Americans is they realize that Fox is not "news", it is disinformation and rightwing propaganda packaged as news. Millions of Americans don't realize this, and they all vote Republican.
Unfortunately there are some Canadian's who fall prey to reading propaganda online and on Some news networks.. But fortunately, they are very easy to spot.. Thus is WHY we can actually get most of them BEFORE horrific things occur!! But just like in the US... Terrorist attitudes ( besides just biased views) get stopped MOST of the time.. BUT just one or 2 do their damages gets boasted by those Hating freedom and then painted by propagandists for " Fear mongering" purposes! No Country regardless of their governing posture can ever STOP all HATEFUL CRIMES> When that happens, (tho too old to actually ever live long enough) It may be more peaceful thought the world with Good leadership and compromises. Haven't seen much effort in that direction this past half+ decade!! IF less Ambassadors, decreasing ability to have those that can by demeaning it.. damaging via tweet ability to have credibility is NOT helpful.. In fact, causing distrust with what was once a trustworthy Nation.

1. All these antibullying and zero tolerance policies teach kids to BE QUIET. Don't ask questions. Don't intervene. Don't defend yourself. Don't defend your friends. Stand down.
What happens when a generation of men has been taught NOT to intervene if he sees a man beating up a women? Because in 5th grade Derek was beating on Ashly and Evan stepped in and got in BIG BIG trouble. He got in as much trouble as they did.
OUTCOME: Most of all: Don't get involved. So they learn to shut up and accept what is going on around them. No questions. NO COURAGE. No sense of right and wrong.
2. Tolerance policies: Accept everyone and all accompanying behaviors that are or have been considered abnormal. Don't question. Don't have an opinion. Don't rely on facts. We are telling you what is true. Accept it.
OUTCOME: ALL behavior is just accepted *shrug.* Don't get involved. No sense of decency or common sense.
It's the foundation for what we are seeing now in college campuses. No ideas. No debate. Acceptance of all behaviors that are not considered traditional. And traditional behaviors are considered not only abhorrent but THREATENING.
That whole mantra of people are scared of what they don't understand? It's been turned on it's head. It now applies to any viewpoint that is not *liberal.*

The left likes to point to the socialism of European countries as examples of success. They fail to point out that they had to do it by controlling speech. Those controls are still in place and backed up by force and imprisonment.
