NO! once you break the law and reward them, more will come do the same thing.

Their parents cheated and violated our laws, you give them amnesty and more parents will do the exact same thing because they know we will have weak politicians using the lame excuse of "but what about the kids, they are innocent" and this will be a neverending problem.

Have to go with yes as long as certain criteria are met. They have become responsible members of society and are contributing to this country, and they swear to abide by this country and no other. I also feel like it's time to now start redoing how our educational system administration is conducted. It's not right that illegals can come over with children, and just enroll them into school that they never paid into, and the staff can't ask for ID's and whatnot because of bureaucratic red tape. It's just too dangerous. It's too easy for a large group of people to sneak in here and start breeding home grown terrorist on the American tax payer's dime, and sometimes I wonder if our own government is doing it that way they can use their new human soldiers to attack the American people, and then they can enforce martial law. It's just a matter of time.

Wrong. Republicans want our good life extended to those who immigrated LEGALLY.

Just not those who broke in illegally.

self-deport? what a joke! that's like asking the bank robber to volunteer returning the money he stole from the bank.

I say -- let a Republican administration finally deal with this issue -- grant citizenship to those who have been here for years -- deport the criminals -- shut down employers who hire illegals, don't allow the kids to start school -- they aren't allowed unless their parents are legal....etc.......

If Republican governments have decent policies that are in the best interest of all Americans, folks shouldn't be so paranoid about illegal residents getting status now.

Why should we grant our citizenship to those who thumbed their noses at our immigration laws along with their kids that they smuggled over here? Working hard does not excuse anyone for breaking the law. Americans need their jobs back also. Many if not most of these illegal aliens have n been working under fake or stolen SS numbers or worked for cash evading taxes. Those are felonies aka crimes! This isn't a party issue it's a law issue. Our policies are already set. If you are here illegally you are to do be deported, period. Our laws have nothing to do with paranoia but not rewarding those who violated our immigration laws.

I do agree with mandating e-verify to stop the employers from hiring illegal aliens and punishing those who don't comply and I also agree that no one should be allowed in our schools if they and/or their parents are here illegally. However, we also need to end birthright citizenship and benefits for their kids also. Remove all the incentives for them to come here and build the wall. With all the above we'd have illegal immigration down to a trickle. Rewarding these immigration law breakers only encourages more to come here. We already have proof of that from the 1986 amnesty.

Nope! The legal process begins in their homelands not on our soil. Go home and apply to come back legally at the end of the line and wait their turn.

This unscientific poll is VERY FAR from the “overwhelming majority support for DACA kids” that we keep hearing in the Main Stream Media.

I do think we need to shut the door on amnesty at this point. At the same time, I agree with the conditions you laid out. The DACAs who've been here a while and are being productive individuals, let them stay. Kick the thugs/those with criminal records out. And then stop all amnesty.
