Please. The right has done the exact same thing with foreign aid. The laughably lies spewed by the far-right cultists are beyond absurd at this point. They keep right-washing history into some laughable fairy-tale where when Republican are power, everything is great, taxes are 0, and we don't give a dime in foreign aid. Meanwhile, we're to believe the opposite is true when Democrats are in power. All lies, easily disproven, by people who place party above country every single time.

That's not the question. The question is to people who took Trump seriously, and even continue to take him seriously on policy and social issues. Why are THEY taking him seriously?

Clinton is an elitist crook.

Trump is an elitist crook, as well as: a bigot, a moron, a sexual predator, and a blathering man-child.

Both choices were terrible, but Trump was objectively the inferior of those two choices.

There was no reason to vote for him unless you: believed his lies but somehow didn't believe Clinton's while also turning your back on decades of Trump's slimy behavior just to pretend he'd somehow become a wonderful person when elected president. Well, there's also the bigotry angle, but we all know about how that won votes for him.

As for hypocrisy, I can respect a person who voted for either choice, hated them both, and who STILL hates them both. I CANNOT respect the two-faced dishonesty of Cult 45 and their laughable attempts to rewrite history to praise Trump, a man who none of them respected even a few years ago. Then, they wouldn't have trusted Trump with their money, house, or wife, but now we're to pretend he's a hero? Get real

The right apparently exempts military AID to foreign countries as foreign aid. It's only when it goes to those "poor third world ...ahem... ****holes" with lots of poverty when their blood pressure goes up.

Probably the same reason why people took Obama seriously...and little Bush...and Clinton...and Big Bush...etc.

True believers.

Yes, he is simply the mirror image of those he is complaining about.

It's weird how y'all don't want to talk about Trump's lies.
