Then they could be ready to vote.

I've always HATED the State of the Union. I know it is ceremony, tradition. It isn't original...it isn't anything but a show put on by the sitting President.

I hate the way they parade 'ordinary' citizens to support their agenda. I hate the way they use people to get the hand clap, the accolades.

I don't care what political party -- I hate the State of the Union and don't watch.

Our politicians should be well schooled on the issues, show up to vote, make sure they know what their constituents are saying -- but to sit in a sit to clap or boo or not stand or clap or whatever....no thank you -- I didn't vote for a rep to do that.

An hour of Trump trying to stay on topic.

Who would want to miss this?

Who is paying Nunes to run around and obstruct justice?

You mean the people that don't care if the Senators are there or the folks who are crying because there may be empty seats.

Hard to tell.

The left want everyone at State of the Union to support #me too and wear black!

With being a no show how can they explain their support for wearing black to show that support or are they secretly boycotting #me too!

So everybody on the left want people to wear black at the State of the Union? Do you have a source that says "everybody"? Is your definition of "left" anybody that didn't vote for or support Trump?

I think it is the latter. They worship the biggest snowflake RINO of them all.

Of course, if there are empty seats, trump will still claim it was the biggest, mostest highly attended state of the union there ever was. Such a winner!
