I never once said the left admired Jesse Jackson. This isn't even about Jesse Jackson! This is about all you buffoons on the left claiming Trump is racist. Same goes for the hypocrites who once sided with Trump, now are against him simply because he's Republican.
trump sucked up to and donated $$$$ to BOTH Clintons and Chuck Shumer.
He was a democrat originally but, more his businesses are based out of NY for the most part. People try claim that businesses/industries belong to one party or the other. To a degree but, most donate to both parties. They're not stupid, they want access to the winning congressman/woman regardless of which party they're from. Why gamble with possibly being at odds with the party in control...that's not smart business.
Don't forget Trump (the racist) was on NBC for 12 years. It's amazing how he became a racist once they were no longer making money his show.
There are other videos and news stories about Trump's outreach to minorities over the years, not just financially. He also was praised for offering promotions to women in the male dominated construction industry many decades ago. Cover stories about him in business publications. He was a trailblazer.
It's all there, folks, if you read his books from decades ago. I read The Art of the Deal and Trump: Surviving at the Top, both very revealing of his family, personality and how his mind works. That second one has more political and social gossip (Justin Trudeau's mom was... ).
Loonies who get their propaganda from the DNC and fake news outlets are clueless. Yet, oddly, they claim to be informed and educated.
Still, it's always good to remind people of history.
That video was from 1998, at least. Back then Trump was sucking up to Hollywood so he was supposedly a Democrat back then.
Did Trump ever suck up to Hollywood? Seriously doubtful. I do believe he used Hollywood as a platform for exposure. For the last maybe 30 years up until he won the election he's been pretty much in the position where he's the one calling all the shots.
