I would argue that it is more biological.

-Because of the genetic nature of IQ and the brain, men are more likely to be geniuses, but also men are more likely to have very low IQs.

-Low IQ is linked to higher rates of violence. Even in prison, low IQ inmates are more likely to be violent than high IQ inmates.

-Because of the genetic nature of the brain, men are also more likely to have ADHD, autism, etc...

-Men have more testosterone than women. Testosterone activates subcortical tendencies towards aggression. Even women with higher levels of testosterone are more likely to be violent in prison than women with lower levels. While Asian men who have smaller levels of testosterone than other men are less likely to be in prison in the US.

It's normal to be confused when you are young. Sometimes it takes some mistakes and restarts to find out who you are and what you want. If they won't take up the challenge that is on them.

Oh, I’m not absolving them of personal responsibility. It’s just reality that not being raised in a stable, supportive environment puts a person at a significant disadvantage. Boot-strappers can overcome those circumstances, but the rest become society’s problem.

Men don’t underperform. Women measure in different ways -typically emotionally- and are more competitive with each other than men are; thus, the reason that many women don’t want a female boss.

It's not interesting at all. Most clear headed, rational people understand that more women than men vote Democrat. There's a mid-term coming this year and a presidential election coming in 2020, and Democrats need to keep the women vote energized. That's the reason for the man hate and that's the reason for the white privilege crap.

The Democrat party has no platform. It has no desire to try and win back those who voted for Obama in 8 and 12 but voted for Trump in 16, and it has nothing to offer Democrats as a whole aside from "we're not Trump". So it needs to gin up women, try to hang onto African Americans as best it can, and bring in third worlders.

Re: women and all the femnazi crap that's floating around. It's a losing strategy for one main reason. The majority of women love men. They marry men. Their fathers are men. They have sons who grow into men. Regardless of their political leanings, trashing almost half the population of the world, and trashing the very people that women love, is a losing strategy.

Humans are animals, and animals evolve very slowly.


Cultures also evolve, but they evolve quite rapidly.


If you want to discuss why members of a species behave in a certain way or seem inclined to behave in a certain way, you need to first limit the discussion to the nature of the beast or the world the beast develops in.


As for the human animal, it is perfectly suited for its purpose, and that purpose is making more humans.


For the most part, both males and females get this part exactly correct.


If they didn't, they would individually become an evolutionary dead end, like me, childless.


So, if you have issues with the biological make-up of humans, be they male or female, take it up with nature.


Throughout history, cultures that have successfully evolved have done so by protecting females at the expense of highly disposable males.


Each male is born lacking a uterus, and that means he will never create a child.


Moreover, the biological contribution each male makes to the procreation process can be duplicated by any other male at any time and with minimal investment of effort and time.


Aside from that, an evolving culture doesn't really need a lot of males.


It also doesn't need strong-minded and capable females.


It doesn't need female leaders, and it doesn't really need the opinions of females.


That's because females, sheltered within this highly competitive culture, don't really participate in the evolutionary process in the way males do.


All healthy females will be impregnated, provided with food and shelter and protected from harm, even the ugly ones.


Unlike males, no females will be forced to sit anything out (sex, dinner, a warm spot by the fire).


They will never need to go out to hunt and they will never need to go to war with the competing culture just over the hill.


The female's war is with the other females in her village.


Each competes for the tallest, strongest, risk-takingest, bad-boyest males available.


This is understandable since the alternative to not hooking up with the fittest blood-thirsty savage is to see your giant ***** of a life partner taken out by some SOB from across the way.










My point is that we are what we are because our ancestors, facing tremendous challenges from their environment and other humans, found ways to adapt.


Those that survived and reproduced certainly did so by depriving others of the things they needed.


That selfishness has been passed down from father to son, mother to daughter and lives in each of us.


There are no innocent parties in all this.

Men are more likely than women to be self-sufficient individualists, which is partly why we are more likely to change course in life whenever we feel we aren't getting what we want out of it (knowing full well we may be doing the "wrong" thing). We are less likely to feel beholden to "the system", or standard metrics of success, and as such are more willing to take chances.

Women are often more risk averse than men, and that makes them more likely to do the "right" thing, take less risks (obviously), and conform to "the system".

These are my observations anyway, as a guy.

As a female, I think young boys these days don’t have very good role models in men and therefore aren’t being taught how to be self sufficient and how to take care of themselves. I see the exact opposite in females these days (at least with the circle I run with). More and more young girls are learning to be self sufficient and learning to be more independent and not have to have a man to take care of them.

From what I see, it’s a matter of teaching both genders how to be not only decent human beings, but teaching them proper life skills and how to do things that have been what have normally been stereotypical gender role tasks.

Men are definitely more aggressive by nature than women. Women have always been taught or groomed to be the weaker vessels. Times are changing though.
