I put undecided which really means it depends - how does the quality compare, how much more expensive, etc. I do try to buy American when it is reasonable to do so, which can include a small mark up as long as it's at least equal quality, preferably better quality.

I wonder how many people realize that when they want corporations paying more taxes, they asking for products to cost more.

IF all things were equal, but the US product cost 1% more, would you spend that extra 1% to buy US?

^^^^^This^^^^^ It'd have to be the quality of years ago when things weren't built including a planned obsolescence date (date of required failure).

Y’all seem to be trying to add things to the question that aren’t there.

If there are two products that are equal in every way, but one is made in the US, and cost a penny more, would you choose the product made in the US?

That is not what the poll question asked.

If they are quality goods, yes.

I prefer not to support sweatshops and child labor to save a buck.

PS. As a family we own two Nissans, a Honda, a Toyota and a Yamaha. Only my Stratty was made in Japan (although not confirmed). Japan has strict anti-child labor laws so I am OK with it.
