Oh, so those are the rules ? Only people living in the US are allowed to be on these forums and comment on OUR President ? I notice none of you are so willing to refrain from making comments about events and people in other countries, so why are Canadians barred from sharing their opinions ?

Hate to break it to you, but what the poster feels about Trump is a pretty universal view. Probably 2% of the people from other countries I have spoken with (and I have spoken with lots of them ) say they like Trump. The rest have voiced opinions ranging from mild dislike, to some going off and asking if we Americans have lost our minds by electing such a buffoon.

Yeah, I know, "we don't care about the rest of the world", but we should and we have to. We are not the isolated little island Trump would like us to be. We need the rest of the world for so many reasons.

Oh, I don't know........for 8 years, things were pretty peaceful and prosperous in this country. The recession was repaired, money was beginning to flow again, people were going off of unemployment, and we all slept pretty well at night.

What has the past year been like under Trump ? Yes, the economy is still strong, but many other factors control that, besides him being in office. But things are certainly not peaceful, either here or abroad. All of his little promises to fix things have fallen through, and his entire administration has been one failure after another. Never have we seen so much turmoil and chaos, nor have we seen so many investigations and questions about corruption.

If you are worried about Obama, you should be scared to death about the clown now sitting in that oval office.

I am glad to see foolish Trumpers here mocking Obama's work. That is good for us and the US. So you guys keep telling yourself that Obama getting back to work means nothing... that is exactly the way i like it. And remember you guys are going to crush the dems in 2018, so you don't even need to donate or vote. in fact stay home, throw a big party for your conservative friends , you can all party and watch win live rather than waste your time standing in the Huge lines of trump voters that will wash away the dems.

so ignore Obama, stay home and throw a big block party for conservatives on election day...

Your president has no political experience but that didn't stop people from voting for him.

What an amusing thread--so much fantasy speculation!

He's campaigning for candidates running in the midterms. And so far, all the candidates that Obama has supported in 2017 in the US have won their elections, and one in France. Obama endorsed candidates will have a far better chance than Trump backed candidates. Some GOP candidates may ask Trump to stay away.

Trump is terrific! He's already done plenty to undo Obamas attempts to ruin our nation!

the recession ended in June 2009, 5 months after Obama took office. He had nothing to do with it.....all we got under Obama was higher healthcare premiums, more government almost doubled the national debt and we had the slowest economic growth from the past 11 Presidents.

so many investigations under Trump? there is only 1 investigation about Russian "collusion" and so far it has been a joke.......when has the U.S. had peace abroad or here under Obama? I remember under Obama there was a lot of racial divisions and riots here and his foreign policy of regime changes and more globalism weren't peaceful at all.

Trump is in the W.H. because of Obama and his policies.............did I mention that Obama and his administration spied on Americans and his justice department went after reporters and their phone records?.......you never heard a sound on the Senate floor from Mccain or Flake denouncing that under the 8 years under Obama.
