since it isnt the government doing this, there is no first amendment issue here. daniels signed a non disclosure agreement, and is violating that agreement. trumps private attorneys are trying to prevent that. however if the interview is aired, then daniels is subject to a breach of contract lawsuit that could cost her plenty.

Yup, that's exactly what Daniels is claiming, and I think she's got more than one leg to stand on here.

I'm sure that CNN will have its own attorneys all over this before they air the interview. My guess is that they will feel sufficiently protected to go ahead and air it.

Oh--anyone could see this coming a mile away. Trump will not prevail. When he tries to censor media--as he did with Fire & Fury, he sold far more books for the author, and the book is still No. 1 on the bestseller list.

The audience for the 60 Minutes interview will be much larger than Trump's inaugural, because Trump will pump up the ratings by attempting to censor a television news broadcast in the USA. That's a big no-no. He's a fool who believes he is a king.

But then again, he has denied nothing, and knows Stormy will tell the truth. And anyone that believes that his attorney took out a HELOC to pay off Trump's porn star bedmate, will be interested in some great swampland in Fla that is for sale.
