I would think Cohen's filing against Daniels and the current statement would make that outcome more UNlikely so Cohen once again escalates the damage to his client thinking he will stomp out the problem...
Today everything is about sex. I have hundreds of channels too but not many of them are worth turning on because who wants to see "reality TV." We have much more TV but less to watch. I think TV was better when we had two good viewing channels and one that was fuzzy. The one I turned on today that was pure trash was the best channel we had way back then. That was what I found so frustrating. What hope is there when even they go to the dark side? All news is not politics or should not be. Most news devoted to politics could have been covered with one sentence and all that other opinion was not necessary.
I'm less worried about the sex and much more concerned with violence and murder, which is glorified by our society. Sex is a natural part of being human.
It's also rather illuminating that it is the "sex" that bothers you (a total natural part of being a human), and not the cheating and adultery (an obviously unethical thing - unless you're in an open relationship)
That said, if you really want to teach your children good lessons, turn off the TV and go outside.

wouldn't surprise me if it wasn't someone Trump/Cohen knew from the casino who was used to dealing with troublesome customers or guys who hassled any of the party girls.
I agree. Stormy said she'd remember the guy's face if she ever saw him again. There might be a photo of his face on linkedin or facebook with some notation of the casino industry. Possibly for a Trump property or for a property of one of Trump's good buddies. Or possibly he worked with WWE as a tough guy type.
Maybe, as part of the lawsuit, Stormy's attorney will request the names of all Trump employees and contractors that were employed during the time when she said she was threatened.

with the exception of the parking lot threat claim there wasn't much new learned.
what did escalate things was the WH's official statement for the POTUS today denying daniels claims. this is in direct contradiction to trump's attorney's court fillings and probably will affect the current court case.
Not quite true, the 2 ladies independently gave strikingly similar details in DJT's pattern: meeting in the same bungalow in the BH Hotel; dinners served in room; same "...you're beautiful, you remind me of Ivanka.." line of creepy compliment; also the same "You're special!" flattery line; unprotected sex; being told about Melania's separate bedroom.
The fact that the 2 women hadn't seen the other's interview gives them credibility for some general claims like meeting DJT alone.
So Cohen is trying to move the civil case Daniels filed into an arbitration court to keep it in a private setting, to make the settlement easier to seal, and likely because he thinks his client will come out ahead...
Anyone have a legitimate analysis of how likely it will be moved to arbitration?

Just about zero. Daniels has asked for only one thing. Is it a valid and legal agreement or not. Thats not the decision arbitration can give.
Maybe we shouldn't have elected a womanizer who used women in this way? It's "disgusting" to highlight the nature of this man?
This is the man you chose as the role model for our nation. It's not like we didn't know what we were getting into... This has been known about Trump for a very long time.
