Cohen handles the mistresses, not the marriages.

In any case, he's got so much on his plate at the moment that's he's had to hire attorneys to represent him. Not sure he's has the time to take on a divorce case.

Poor Trumpist snowflakes. Can't catch a break. Don't worry, Memorial Day is in 2 months and you can watch the Trump military parade where the troops salute Trump and pump up his ego. You can look forward to that. In the mean time, keep Fox News channel on your TV to make you feel better.
Goggled Fox News and Stormy Daniels and came up with page after page, all within the last few days.
So if you want to avoid Stormy news, Fox isn't the place.

NPR maybe?

Not that there will be one...I am sure that if Melania has any intention of leaving it won't happen until after Trump is out of office in some way...and her payment was taken care of by attorney much more competent than Michael Cohen...

Sekulow and Cobb are handling the Russian investigation

I read the article someone linked that was analysis of Cohen's attorney assinine statement Trump knew nothing about Cohen offering Daniels the NDA/check...
It was very logical and seemed even handed in that some things happening might not be to Avenatti's advantage and that there could be legal weakness on Daniels's side...

But the fact is that Team Trump just comes across so inept and frankly stupid because of their manner if nothing else...
I wonder how well these guys did in law school---what their class rank was...
I haven't looked up their law schools to see how well-ranked they are...
This is Cohen's education background:
He received his B.A. from American University and his J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, a then-autonomous institution that has served as the law school of Western Michigan University since 2014
And I think this pretty much shows how Michael Cohen's choice of law school reflects on his legal skill
Acceptance Rate: 85.8%
Median LSAT: 141
Median Undergraduate GPA: 2.90
Employment Rate of Graduates: 74.0%
Bar Pass Rate: 51.9%
Website: Cooley Law School Michigan

The bar passing rate is a killer as is the acceptance rate...
Michael Cohen--third tier law school I estimate--especially since he was there before it was taken into the Western Michigan organization

Michael Avenatti's background

] Avenatti received a B.A. degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with a major in political science in 1996. In 1999, he received a J.D. degree from George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C. where he worked with Professor Jonathan Turley on constitutional issues relating to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA). He graduated Order of the Coif and first in his class.[7]

Acceptance Rate: 38.9%
Median LSAT: 165
Median Undergraduate GPA: 3.71
Employment Rate of Graduates: 89.9%
Bar passing rate of 80%
This school's "smart" rank is 39 compared to Cohen's at 202...

Avenatti later joined Greene Broillet & Wheeler, a Los Angeles boutique litigation firm. While there, he handled a number of high-profile cases, including a $10 million defamation case against Paris Hilton,[23] a successful idea-theft lawsuit relating to the show The Apprentice and against producers Mark Burnett and Donald Trump,[24] and a $40 million embezzlement lawsuit involving KPMG.[7][25]
Note that he has already sued and won against Mark Burnett and Donald Trump...so Trump likely knows how good Avenatti is...

So I don't know that Turley has mentioned that Avenatti was student of his when he gives analysis on MSNBC where he shows up regularly...I haven't heard him say that...and some of the show leaders have mentioned/asked Avenatti about his work for Rahm Emanuel in the past--as showing his liberal roots
But Michael Cohen himself has ties to Dukakis early in his career...
And Trump was a self-admitted Democrat until he ran on the GOP ticket

So, do most Trump voters who say that Trump was not immoral for having an affair simply not believe in the seventh Commandment (Exodus 20:14) or are they hypocrites?

I'm not as sure as you are.

It's not only living with an old guy who treats her shabbily and is unraveling around the edges, it's that there might not be much of a settlement once the feathers settle.

With the exception of Mar-a-Lago, the DC Hotel, and the two golf courses he frequents, Trump properties are not doing well. The Trump name doesn't have the cachet it used to.

Golf courses, resorts, and hotels typically have a lot of borrowed money invested and significant overhead and operating expenses.

It could well be that once folks will no longer pay for access to Trump, these will sink into the mire.

Right now might be Melania's best chance for a decent settlement.

The hypocrite question has been settled some time ago.

But for the news to talk about this all day every day is ridiculous. I'm sure it's all CNN and MSNBC are talking about, but even Fox News is spending too much time on Stormy lately. Okay, they had a one night stand. Until we find out if any campaign laws were broken by paying her off 11 days before the election, give it a rest.
Ratings drive what CNN, Fox, MSNBC, etc. run with.

Cohen is making sure they get some good footage every few days.

Trump supporters are pretend "Christians." And this is especially true of those oh-so-holier-than-thou evangelicals who are such enthusiastic supporters of a man who embodies everything they pretend to stand against.
