This is, at least, the second time Trump or a representative has publicly denied knowledge of the agreement or the terms of the agreement.
The force of the NDA relies on representations & warranties and agreements by “DD”, as specifically worded in the contract. If “DD” had no knowledge of these representations and warranties, then there is clear fraud in inducement. This is no longer a question of arbitration. It’s a question of fraud and the NDA will likely be voided if Trump really did not know, as he claimed.
It might not be R-rated, but there is a *lot* wrong with a father posting such a picture of his daughter. Do not pretend for one second that is at all okay.

He could be a party but didn’t know about the terms. Or he wasn’t at all. There is no permutation of possibilities in which Trump and Cohen end up unscathed. Lies damage, especially when you lie publicly.

I was wondering about this whole aspect of this - how sure of you are you? I wouldn't even know where to begin to Google it.
Were there clauses (for lack of what is probably the appropriate term) for DD to adhere to? Could the NDA only have restrictions on Stormy and could a third party do that?
I haven't seen the issue addressed in any news articles.
