Are you trying to be stupid? Who paid her? The lawyer or Trump? Who do you think the agreement is between? If Trump didn't sign than he isn't bound by non-disclosure... But guess what? She signed and the deal was with the lawyer and her.. duh?
The agreement states that neither part can acknowledge its existence. Cohen already has done that. So perhaps Dainels has wiggle room there.
