Oh, yes - the far-right, who in this forum has literally compared Trump to Jesus's 2nd coming, a "savage god emperor," as well as the true spirit of Christmas. Yes, we're to believe that before saint Donald the Orange, "people couldn't say Merry Christmas without being afraid," and "without Trump, airplanes would crash." And that doesn't even touch the constant out-right lies, as well as the endless attempts to give Trump credit for everything good that's happened in the past 10 years, such as ISIS's defeat and the stock market recovery, in defiance of the facts.
Such people cannot be taken seriously since they don't care about reality if it gets in the way of their partisan beliefs.

Lawyers in law school don't study the Constitution. They study case law.
Turn of last century, into the 1900's, Precedence Law, was placed above Constitutional Law.
It was a way, new rulings, would not affect past SC rulings. What it really did was, make it so the constitution can change without being amended, using statutory law.
