It is by the DACA which is an EO. And obviously legal as the courts have ordered that the Administration continue renewing such permits.

An EO with an expiration date, placed in there by Obama himself. They're NOT legal. They have a temporary stay of deportation by "policy" only.

Let it expire. Deport them all. They can then apply to immigrate from their country of citizenship, if they wish to do so.
