POTUS unable to close the deal because he lies.
Those pesky little facts. This shutdown is all on Trump.

No, they are NOT legal. They have a temporary deferment from deportation, by policy/EO only (NOT by law), that expires in March. Let it expire, deport them as required by Federal Immigration Law, and ban them from reentry into the US depending on how long they've been illegally residing and/or working in the US, as Federal Immigration Law requires.

The president has the "bully pulpit". A President with intelligence above a turnip can influence the vote of congress. Especially this president, that has brought a bundle of deplorable's into the republican party.

If this president wasn't a "swayalot" (the name of another p&oc troll) why would Schumer meet with him:

You still have not made a valid point. Trump said he would sign a bipartisan bill. A bill has not reached his desk.

Incorrect. If you believe otherwise, cite the Federal Immigration Law that makes them legal.

Leave it shut down, rescuing EO for DACA and start major immigration raids. The dems can either pass a clean budget or get everyone here illegally deported as soon as we catch them. Pass EO that no one in Congress gets paid during shut down, and no time off until budget is passed.

How many conservative fairy tales are going to be told about the Republican failure to fund the federal government?
Are there 60 Republicans in the Senate?

Nope. The POTUS does not have the constitutional power to stop Congress from passing a bill. He only has the power to veto after a bill is passed. Try again.
